What you’ll do

It is important to feel calm and centered during the workday. Workplace exhaustion, burnout, and fatigue do not have to be a part of your everyday professional routine. Yoga is a useful tool in combating overwhelming and stressful feelings by calming your mind and slowing anxious thoughts. The power of mindfulness through yoga can help improve productivity, boost mental wellness, and reduce negative emotions caused by common workplace stressors.

You and your team can support survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence while enhancing the well-being of your organization by joining a 45-minute online mat or chair (your choice) yoga session.

The yoga session will help you to connect with your body and breath. Through this slow-paced practice, you will tap into inner calm and resilience that will serve you throughout the rest of your week.

Your contribution funds two trauma-informed yoga classes to one of the nonprofit's 35 shelter partners, which home survivors of violence and assault.

This nonprofit organization aims to make the yoga mat a safe space for women by providing weekly trauma-informed yoga classes at domestic violence shelters and community centers.
